My current car policy was getting over on 25th Dec 2019. I got proposal Quote AG030431VPC0500601from PolicyBachat . wherein I have selected Royal Sundaram insurance to proceed.I have paid online my car policy renewal amount Rs 4831/- to Policy Bachat on 5th Dec 2019. Per my bank ICICI the amount got transfered to Royal Sundaram on 06 Dec 2019. The details are attached for your reference. Since then I have not got renewal policy. I have made various calls and communication with PolicyBachat and Royal Sundaram in this regards. But response is "there is technical issue" and no confirmation about money refund or renewal policy.
