This is regarding the practice going on by shine.comof Gurgaon. At start shine people will never disclose about complete package that is of Rs 31000, he will say that “you need to pay only Rs. 3027 “ then they will ask to speak with counsellor to call you post that counsellor will tell you about package and he will ask you to pay first 11000 and then they will ask you to pay 16000, if you failed then you will loose your whole amount so person are not having any option rather than paying it. Next day Mr.Sacin Arya called me and asked to pay 30000 again, then paid them whole amount now they are not responding please can you ask them to refund my money. At start Complete package cost was not told me and they created pressure by saying that you are speaking with Mr. Swaroop Singh MD of company, they are fraud. I had sent many mails sent to compliance dept which is headed by Satyaprakash but he is also not responding to me. Please look in matter.
