I left the company on 13th june`18 by resigning as per informed and i was told the fnf will be settled after 3 months (13th September 2018). Till date it hasn`t been settled (half amount is unsettled). A false break up structure was sent to avoid payment that had also happened with other employees at the firm. Even after formal mails and informal reminders neither the amount is settled or any reply is sent. Kindly help me out with the matter. I even had to resign due to torture at the workplace.
