Princess Cruises USA Company - Taking Money. Cancellation my job but not refund money

I paid nearly Rs369806 Indian money and right now I wants to cancellation my job but they denied to refund my money. Again they r asking to pay 36000 for cancellation my job. How may I refund my money back kindly give me a suggestion please. Thanking you.
