I booked 2 tickets for my family going for Bansi(Sidharth Nagar, UP) as on 9th Dec, a marriage programme is there. But the man whom I called, he booked it from Delhi to Lalitpur.I asked why you didn`t book it for Bansi, he replied the bus would go through Bansi and the route name is Lalitpur. I paid him through Google pay (₹2251), and he sent me the ticket on whatsapp. Now my family is on road in Jhansi and searching train or bus but vain as there is no train booking is available and no direct bus. We r much disturbed. I want to file a complaint for 10,000 as a compensation of this harassment.
