On 7th June 2019 at night 3.15am I did recharge on my jio number 9373532870 of ₹399. For this I used my Jio application from this I select my vouchers from that used one voucher of ₹50. For Remaining amount I selected UPI payment mode through that jio gave me payment method and I got UPI id of name indiaideas@icici. From this UPI I`d got request of payment ₹349 on my google pay account of sbi. I did payment for my recharge but I haven`t got any recharge. For this concern I called to the customer care but they told me that my transaction is not successful. But jio not provided this information through SMS or mail. Now amount is deducted from my account and but jio is not talking responsibility of this matter. I want my money back and as well I want file case against Reliance jio Ltd for providing incomplete information and giving mental harrasment.
