Dear Sir Greeting of the day. i am writing this complaint regarding my home loan (Application No- 1001973) which were taken in june 2018. Sir, at this time i have sufficient amount to repay the loan so i requested forecloser and other documents to the nearest branch Bhopal from where i took the loan. i droped the application (with fee- 3000rs) in february and till the date 21times i have taken followup but not getting any reply from coustumer care nor from respacted branch. as a resut, i have to wear the interest, should i stop the regular installment from the next month, which i am depositing at regular basis, if i don`t get forecloser for repay the loan amount.
