Respected Sir, With due respect I want to inform you that My name is Rajat Roy.I am staying at 13 P.N.Mitra Lane,Kolkata700053.W.B. I took one SME loan in the year of 2014.I repaid the loan amount in the month of January ,2019 and on 25th.On 30th I got the clearance letter from SBI,T.C Road Branch. From that time followed up till this month with the branch,SMECCC,SBI Gariahat and Cibil itself, but problem is not resolved yet. First followed up with Branch ,After few days SMECCC Office, they told me for waiting 3 months,Lastly from June 19th followed up with cibil through mail.They identified the problem which was created and not updated from the SBI itself against my loan a/c. From the end of cibil they took time from 19th of June to resolve the issue approximately within 30 days.But after 30 days they gave the same status which they gave me from the beginning. I am going to enclose all the relevant documents where you can find out the clearance letter of branch manager of SBI,T.C.Road Branch.Kol-700053. kindly check it and guide me in proper way.
