On their website they say you have complimentary access to airport lounges and they have charged me on my card. And they are not doing the reversal on technicality. They issue you the priority pass and they do not mention that you should not use the priority pass in India. If you use the priority pass in India which is linked to your SBI card they charge you. What logic does that make. SBI is issuing the priority pass linked to their credit cards. They are scamming people my giving promotions which they do not intend to full fill
