AC sleeper for the journey of 13 hrs, AC not working 2. Aged 60 my father got down for urinal near Belgium informing conductor, yet the driver drove 1km and my father had to walk midnight 3. No proper redressal mechanisms of the complaint Why carry on with service provision, when one can not deliver what is promised, more so especially in the field of travel, it causes a lot of distress to the passenger beyond measurable yardstick. Need a proper apology and compensation
