Dear Sir/Mam, Greeting!! This is the mail to acknowledge the authorities about an Incident Happened to me. I had dealt with M/S Shree Ram Furniture with Mr Sohan Bhai ( 9898664940) regarding home furniture worth INR 2.0L. Following products have been made in my house with a 5 yrs Guarantee . 1. Cupboard Slider : 2 2. Bed (6*6) : 1 3. Under Roof Shortage Gate and Closure ( Gujarati Word : Maaliya) : 2 4. Main Door 6*4 : 1 5. TV Cabinet : 1 6. Side Box : 2 Also the bill is attached in the mail. Despite the many reminders to the manufacturer he hasn`t taken necessary action which was committed while manufacturing. Atlast we convinced him to come and look into the matter and he again tried to scavenge the more money. Following issues have been faced for many months. 1. Instead of Proper wood, He has used engineered wood with Wood Crum without our knowledge. 2. Due to Dampness, Furniture strength not intact and deshaping on its own. 3. All fittings got loose due to poor workmanship and quality of wood. 4. All Accessories are of the worst quality. 5. Due to Poor Quality product, Other accessories also get damaged like glass broken as wood gets deshaped. Also find the below details of the Shop and Shop Owner in the Mail.
