Myself Vijay Bhojane , currently leaving in Bahrain. I booked Southern Express packers & movers on dated 26/11/19 for home material shifting from Hadapsar Pune to Gulumb Wai. As per our whatsapp conversion they agree rent / price for this activity is ( transport ) 6500/- but they send me bill 8020/- 6500/- + 18% GST and other chargers 350 I want to register complaint against this comply so kindly request to you please suggest me how to register complaint. thanks in advance
