I booked a ticket in spicejet airlines from dehradun to jammu on 21st March 19. I cancelled the ticket on the same day and got a message that Rs 2574/- will be refunded after deduction of Rs 3000/- as cancellation fee. The refund was supposed to come in maximum 15 days, but till date i have not received any refund, nor is the airlines responding on ph or emails. It is requested that appropriate action may plz be taken against the airlines.Thank you.
