State Bank of India - cant get any solution of my money from branch

Respected sir/madam, My names is Vishal Jethanand tilwani, account number:- 33137314010, I had deposited 10000 cash on 24-5-2019 at around 10:45 in Harni warashiya ring road sbi branch but due to technical problem in machine the money has not been deposited in my account. I have even contacted the branch for the regarding problem and written application has also been given on 27-5-2019 but still no proper reply is given by the branch manager. Mr Jignesh Harpati has checked the camera and it is clearly seen that i have deposited ten thousand rupees and on the next day somebody is seen doing the transaction. Manager of the bank keeps changing and no proper answer is given. And now its a high time so I`m forced to register my case in police and grahak suraksha if I`m not getting a proper reply.
