Dear Sir, I have raised the complaint on 25th Aug-23. Shine team has misguided me regarding the services I am not satisfied the services what your team has given to me and guided in wrong path in service charges. They have guided me always in wrong direction in dark situation in financial part. I am not satisfied that type of services and guided in wrong direction towards the financial part. So I do not want such services and I requesting to shine team to return back my total amount as per attached invoice. I look for your kind support and cooperation in this regards.
