Hello, My name is Leela, I am a rider girl from Delhi and I bought this bike in March 2021 from Swati Motors Delhi. Since day one I have been facing a lot of issues with this bike. First, I faced an issue with the Clutch which is too hard and I complained in the service center but no resolution was provided and simply said that it is normally hard on this bike. Secondly, I face an issue with the bike heating problem and they changed the Bike Radiator Fan and said that is resolved. Third, I face the issue that a bike is running on the road and power goes off suddenly and it is really dangerous for me to drive on highways. Next, the speedometer was not working properly and in the top gear, it was showing only 20 km speed so they asked me to visit the service center and they will replace it. Again today in the morning I am powering on my bike and it is not taking a shelf to start the engine. On the speedometer, it is showing battery low and overheating indication. again I called the service center to help me. I have no idea why I choose the Jawa bike if it is having too many problems with the bikes or the service as they are not able to fix the problems permanently. I am a Youtube Blogger and I frequently ride my bike any time but since I bought this bike I am really afraid to drive it on any long ride. Seriously now I am in the mood to shell this bike anyhow because if it is having too many problems in the warranty period then what would happen in after warranty periods. I am going to write this notification because I have all the incident evidence with me and I am going to upload all the videos and pics on the Jawa pages for other riders` review.
