Hello, I have taken new connection for broadband from Tikona and have paid 3 months payment in advance. I got the connection on 5th April 2020 and now my plan is going to expire on 6th June 2020 and I aam getting messages to do the payment or my service will be discontinued. According to the date my plan should expire in July 2020. I have dropped them multiple emails also raised complaints but no one is contacting me and simply closing the complaints without any updates or information. Please help me to solve this issue.
