Ok so I had this connection for tikona wifi and they promised us speed for 60 mpbs.But instead they weren`t even giving us 1 mbps.speed was only 330 kbps.And then I sent them mail 2-3 times.And talked to them over more than 10 times to deactivate account but they didn`t do anything and are calling me over and over asking for money.Its been 3 months now they semt their executice to our home but didn`t deactivate account and still are asking for money
