I am using timbl broadband service (Customer id : 2035634) from march 2020. Location: dharam colony, gurgaon. The service provided by them was pathetic and customer support experience is very bad. I already have so many mails pending at their end to reply. Those mails are complaint related and in spite of that, there were no proper reverts. Currently, the internet is not working from the past 9 days (From 25th june 2020), and no action has been taken from their end till date. In my 3-4 months service period, the complaint number count reached to c021 (21 complaints). From this, you can have an idea of the loss i have faced. Most of my time was wasted in calling them for support. I never had called that much to my near and dear ones the way i call them daily for fixing the issue. Request you to please take strict action on this.
