I Dr. Debayan Bandyapadhyay from kolkata, India, ordered a wrist watch on 27th September, 2019 (order number 18880). On 1st October 2019 I received a product through courier which is totally wrong and cheap one. After that I tried to contact them through several way several times, but yet to receive any reply from their side. The concerned bill is attached herewith. Regards.
