My vehicle no KA03HK3261 had fuel leakage on 4th June 2020 and we took vehicle to TVS show room Modern Service Centreon the same day and they replaced new fuel tank and not fixed seat or dicky properly before that we told we want to give service of our vehicle please give estimation, also I need mirrors for my vehicle for that they said to come on 8th June 2020. As per their guidelines we took a vehicle dropped for service on 8th June 2020. Vehicle condition was good in all the way. In 8th June morning 10am we gave for service and service executive gave an estimated time at 4pm. Later he said by 5pm we will deliver your vehicle. We was waiting till that and to confirm we called the service person at 4.30pm, and he forgot about pur vehicle to do service till I called. At 4.30pm he took our vehicle.for service and he did all climbing work and water wash also was not taken care properly and my safe guard he tied with plastic cover and delivered. I was so disapppinted i have asked that guy how much was the cost ge tild me 2700/- rupees . At night by 7.30pm he delivered our vehicle by charging 2500 without bill since office was closed he told us to come again tomorrow to get the computerised bill. We travelled from night with the same condition of the vehicle and we reached home and saw completely all the vehicle parts were loose and full of dirt not cleaned not done service just he washed on urgent basis and delivered. We believe that even the local mechanic guy will.not give at this condition. I am so surprised that reputed company TVS service centre provides me a vehicle such a bad condition. 9th June we again visited and told that we are not satisfied and you have not did any service for my vehicle. We asked to call a senior manager of that branch. As a Senior Manager (Mr.Murali Mohan) started bluffing us and started screaming on Shantha Kumar(Service Guy). We did ot understood anything they acted between them a drama and told we cant help you any way, you go and complaint anywhere we dont care. We request who ever the higher officer to take action in this regard immediately and do the needful. Since we paid 2582 rupees without taking proper service from them .
