I order food from Maruti restaurant with Uber Eats on 20th, April,2019, 7:43pm. At the time of order Uber eats shows me expected delivery time was 8:35 pm. But it was later changed to 9:10 pm and still showing me that food is preparing. When i called uber support for cancellations of my order they told me that they talked with restaurant and restaurants confirm that food was ready but delivery Partner is not assigning to deliver my order. So i told Uber support to cancel my order as i have emergency and i don`t have time to eat my food after 8:45pm. They cancelled and charged me for my order that was never arrived to me.. Later on i call again and again to Uber support and every time they told me something new releted to delivery Partner. One of them told me that delivery Partner was assigned but i cancelled order that`s why uber charged me. Another one of them told me that 3 to 4 delivery Partner was assigned for my food delivery but none of them accept the request from Uber eats for delivery. So if delivery Partner is not accepting food delivery request, and i was charged for no reason , is it my fault. ? I want full refund for my order plus compensation for misguiding me every time when i called about delivery Partner.
