I wanted to earn a litte money working from home as partime as I was working as a medical transcriptionist as parttime and I did not want to pay for a job, but when this company approached me and told me that it is pure formfilling and that they charge 4500 as security amount but they will deduct it from the first salary that i get of Rs. 30,000 and then give me the remaning amount as salary so I do not have to pay anything to get the job.(1500 Forms Will Be Provided To You That You Have To Complete In 10 Days. o Per Correct Form You Will Get 20 Rs So Max. Earning Can Be (30000). No Preregistration Fees, Fees Will Be Deducted From Your Final Salary. I was happy and wanted to give a surprise to my family so did not tell about this to anybody. while I started the work I was asked to sent the snap shot of my back and front of my adhaar card and my signature on the mobile registration as they required. I did everything with faith and started working, but due to some reasons and my health conditions of arthritis pain I could not submit so a day in hand I had to submit my work by 7 th october 2019, I told the company on 6th October 2019 that I cannot finish and that I wanted two days extra time, but they said that they cannot give extra time and that if I needed and did not want to waste my hard work that i will have to pay rupees 9500 as extension fees or I will have to pay penalty to the court. and also told me that if I pay extension fees that 9500 also will be given back when I get my salary after I finish my work. So I paid the amount on 8 th october 2019. And they told me that the problem is solved and that within one hour my ID will be unlocked I was asked to sent the NOC to two email ids which I sent that I had paid the extension amount of 9500 and cleared it and that I do not have any objection with this company in future. So I calmly continued to work and today suddenly my I got a call from some Mr. Shukla calling himself an advocate in Delhi that I have not cleared 9500 to the company and that company has sent a complained to the court regarding clearance from my side and if I do not I will have to pay 50,000 or that he has my house address that he will send a notice to my house. Sir then I told him to stop talking words that make no sense and that talk to the company (UNIX enterprise) who know that I have cleared the extension amount. Then I called the company and told her that I have paid the extension amount of 9500. Then she said yes maam you have and noc also you have sent and your ID is also unlocked work patiently. Then I told her when the advocate is calling and pressuring me for doing nothing, how can I work patiently. Then she told maadam give me some time let me get back to you after checking. and that get back never came back. Her number and all other numbers are not being picked conversation is in gujarati that no one is picking up the call or they are busy. The email ID does not exist now. And I again got a mail from that so called Advocate Mr. Shukla "Mam give me your final statement otherwise face to legal". I have sent him a message that you are a fraud advocate I know and I Have forwarded your number to my uncle who is a real advocate in Bangalore and also my friend`s husband who is a judge in Gujarat. I told him to apologize for what he said and what he asked within 5 minutes, otherwise he face legal circumstances. that his number is being traced. It has been half an hour since he did not call or send a mail. I send the same mail to the company number also. Please help me my husband and my parents do not know about this and I do not want them to know about this please help me out disclose my identity and want to block my adhaar details and address and stop working with this company can it be done soon.
