I have registered my first complaint related to videocon washing machine(virat ultimate) as on 12 Feb 2019, Mr sonu(technician) visited at my place and checked the same, motor of washing machine dryer has been changed we have paid all the service charges to him and machine was start working he said use this machine after 24 hrs, we agreed but after 24 hrs same was still not working since then we were continuously chasing him so as to visit our place again, and he always said that I will come tomorrow, I will come on Saturday etc etc but he never came apart from that he asked us not to raise the complaint again as he will resolve the issue we were like OK but he never came, After 2 month we have registered the compliant again as on 23 April 2019 and same technician Sonu visited at our place and we were told by him that motor need to change, balancers and socers need to replace he said he will come by the end of weekend and resolve the issue but till date I am continuously chasing videocon customer care and technician both but nobody bother everytime customer had given me new no of technician and that no was always invalid, whenever I called up technician he said parts are not available in company. Everytime customer care representative said I am putting reminder to your complaint, everyone they try to reschedule my company but nobody come to my place. It`s clearly a false commitment and I am seriously fed up moreover I am nine months pregnant and having trouble in washing clothes from hand. But nobody bother It is my humble request Pls help us in resolving this issue.
