My Videocon LED smart TV was stop working and hence I raised request on 4th Jan. Technician visited on 5th Jan and confirmed issue in PCB board. Since my TV is in warranty period, he has raised part replacement request. Since part was not available hence company approved replacement of LED TV on 17th Feb. and customer care representative told me our area service incharge will call you about further process and dispatch you replacement. Almost 6 months passed, however no one called me and my issue has not been resolved yet. Every time customer care representative give me same status. Can you please look into my issue.
