Hi sir/madam, Kindly help me to get my amount refunded , the Viral deal company had offered a Honor lite mobile ( refurbished ) at the rate of 2749 /- prepaid only so i had paid 2749/- amount through my credit card . but the Viral deal company had cheated me in delivering the product they delivered a fake product some other local company device so i had communicated them through mail but they have not responded properly and asking credit card details , OTP and all per your reference i have attached the invoice copy. Kindly help me to get back my money Regards
