Dear Sir, I am a regular buyer of Vishal Megamart, Mahavir Enclave , New Delhi store. December 2019 I bought some products from Vishal Megamart and had to return due to some defects. Got credit note in return had 1 month validity. Was on vacation and return on 31st Jan 2020 which was last day for redeeming credit note. We went on 1st Feb for shopping but they refused to extend our credit note validity and did not allow us for shopping. They said we will inform you once credit note date will be extended. Still we are waiting but did not recieve any call. Kindly help us to extend the validity as amount was INR 700.00 and it is our hard earned money. Kanhaiya Jee Kumar 9015684858
