Sir, I have bought a Mini Projector online for Rs 1200/- and paid Rs. 1020/- after discount of Rs. 180/- through Credit Card on 17th of June 2020, that was mentioned 7 Days Guranteed Delivery so waited 1 week and when i dnt have any information so i have wrote email at support@voucraft.com for update status of my Order no #1199 but after waiting 3/4 days i have recvd Email from support@voucraft.com (namely KULIN BHAJGOTAR) that "We have Processed your order and your product is on the way .In wake of Corona virus outbreak we are operating with limited staff. your delivery may take higher time then Usual." and after that no replies even i sent many mails to support@voucraft.com. On there website only Customer Support email mentioned but no Customer Care Number. I have again try to forward the mail today i.e. 08.08.2020 to support@voucraft.com, now the emails has been bounced back with message "Address not found Your message wasn`t delivered to support@voucraft.com because the address couldn`t be found, or is unable to receive mail."
