Dear Sir, I have given my FZ- 16 for all service on 18-09-2018 at 10:55 AM. problem like break, and other service that was paid service, one right side oil seal was leaked of front suspension, so as per their suggestion i told to change the same, after that i reached there on 19-09-2018 at 2:10 PM. to bring my bike after telephonic discussion, they said bike is done, can come to bring, i reached i have seen they did not wash my bike even they did not change the oil seal, even nobody knows at workshop that their is work of suspension in bike, even the person who made the job card on day service he did not tell to mechanic to change the oil seal. After a discussion they said that give some time we will do our best and complete your bike. when first time his mechanic name Mr. Aman Checked the bike as per his feedback the main tube of front suspension which oil was leaking was good their is no issue as per them Mr. Sachin who maid job card he conveyed me clearly. but when second day they worked on suspension for oil seal i got call from them that your main tube is damaged ( in local language "main tube fat gaya he"), and it must be changed but i deny to change it because i was also confused, as whole drama, after that on 20-09-2018 at 11:00AM. i received my bike it was not washed nicely nor i got any clarification about the work done in my bike. last the important thing that still the oil is coming out from the suspension from new oil seal. Please take the right action on it and please revert me ASAP, with Solution They took Rs. 800/- as labour charge total billing amount is Rs. 1778/- but i am not satisfied with service of the workshop. Thanks
