Rs 1296.02 is deducted from my paytm wallet in afternoon. Txn is shown by Zomoto, but I don`t do any txn through Zomoto today. This is a fraud txn. I tried so many times to reach ur customer service but there is some technical issue at paytm. After so many times I was able to speak with paytm executive but he clearly refuse to wtitten my complaint and don`t help me at all. He ask me to contact Zomoto only. I`m very much disappointed after this. Since last so many years I`m using paytm wallet but when today any fraud txn is happen in my paytm wallet, paytm team not help me at all. I need immediate action on my complaint by zamoto/ paytm & try to refund my money Rs 1296.02 back asap.
