I have bought a headset from flipkart on 12 th sep,2018.The item was in perfect condition at the time of receiving. But Now,after using near about 2 months,the item has been creating a problem.While i am talking with anyone through this headset over a call,then the person whom i m talking with that person doesn`t able hear anything from my side,though i can able to hear that person clearly.So that`s the only problem i am facing with this product,i have 1 year warranty also but i can`t able to find any service centre for this particular type of product.So,i want this problem to resolve as soon as possible,beacause it`s really hampering me.
