Dear sir/madam I want to draw your attention towards refund of my money related to PNR SP56GH. As I am a defence personnel and I have planned my leave as per my children`s school summer vacation. Now further due to covid 19 and lockdown situation Indigo refunded my money in credit cell so that I could use in future but present scenario doesn`t allow me to travel for nearly one year. So I request you to take necessary action against INDIGO Airline as I have sent about 8 to 10 email to INDIGO to sent my money in my bank account but they are telling to use this money only by air travel which I don`t want.
