I had received order no. 100514504 on 22.3.2019 and I had applied for returning the item on 26.3.19. But the return and refund was never processed (though it appears to be completed). I haven`t got the refund and the item it STILL lying in my house! I have emailed the customer care service many times and a ticket was also raised regarding this issue but it is now closed without any action being taken. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. If the items being sold are not worth being used or returned, then they shouldn`t be sold in the first place. Kindly do take action against this company. I have done everything I can to get the refund but they are not at all responding.
