Hello, I made the booking on 16 May 2020 at 11:39 AM, paid 9978 INR for booking, and 2999 INR as deposit total amount 12977 INR and later canceled my booking on 16 May 2020 at 11:49 AM. My Booking id JPS6N1EYX. Still, I didn’t get any refund amount. I called too many times to customer care but every time says we work from Home and remotely so it takes some time but now it`s more than one month and now I not able to reach customer care. How to reach to your customer care? And also I checked the status of the refund amount in the web portal, now shows that refund completed. But I didn’t receive any amount in my SBI credit card. I patiently waited, but not received any amount back till now. I lodged the complaint but not received any revert (Email attached). Please help in getting my money back. I am hoping the zoom team will hear my voice and do the needful... I have attached a screenshot for reference. Regards, Rohan
