I, Maj Pankaj kumar booked my household goods from Delhi to Jabalpur. My goods was loaded in a container but when it reached jabalpur vehicle was changed. Most of my items were broken and few were missing. I paid for the insurance but i did not get any insurance policy as promised by transporting dealer. I request for a speedy action against him.
