I am neo Credit Card User, i purchased a mobile and then cancel the order from amazone and then same Day amazon return the money But still the amount showing in My Credit dues after my Complaint this amount was removed But axis bank did complete Mess with my Credit Card Account they cancel my ongoing EMI and asking for full amount at a time and levied charges every month I had discussion with cust Care of axis bank But unfortunately they unable to get satisfactory answer Please help me and suggest what should i do... I cannot Pay full amount at a time i already requested for EMI and they put fine on me every month. Recently I have done again first level Complaint with Service request no. 222016375 and no positive Reply came from bank I Complaint Two times But no satosfactory answer received from the bank please help me to resolve the Issue Though bank is not serious
