Hi. I Mr. Shelton George from kolkata, have an active 2 wheeler Loan # XVFPKAT0000593 with CholaMandalam. I had on May 12th 2020 sent in a support ticket, email and text message (Attached) requesting for a moratorium due to the lockdown. I received a reply back and therefore did not pay for the same month. However, I am constantly receiving calls saying that I need to pay up since my May 2020 payment as not paid, is not being considered as moratorium. I`ve never dealt with a company that keeps calling daily, even for payment reminders, they constantly call you from the day of availing a loan. This has turned that serious for me to now receiving connection calls even too from the sales representative Mr Kaustav Samanta from Hero Vinline Topsia Rd. I am now also being contacted via Watsapp to pay up by some Mr. Manoj Kumar Shaw Ph # 877-721-4654. Please let me know if this is something legal for them to do, as per the law I should be allowed moratorium too, as its just for a month which I could not afford but all rest payments are all made on time. Please Help! Thank you.
