This is to inform you that on 10th of April, Rs 999 got auto-debited from my Debit Card against Amazon Prime membership. I was shocked to see the security level of Citibank. To my dismay without an authorization / OTP from my end the money got auto-debited from my account (from debit card). When I complained Amazon they immediately initiated a refund to my account and informed that it will get credited by 3-5 Business Days. The transaction of refund from amazon’s end was initiated on 10th April but till date I have not received the amount. I have raised complain at Citibank to investigate the transaction (Complain no: dcpd19000646) but have not received a positive response yet. Below are the Refund payment details provided by Amazon: Refund Reference number: 190348-337977 Payment Trace ID: QCDM74246848921 Transaction reference number: SdhzERiCsuhccAdz06hT I am also providing the email confirmation from Amazon that the refund has been initiated on 10th of April. Till date I have not received the amount. I would like to raise a “Dispute” with Citibank against “Refund not Processed” Citibank has not taken any initiative regarding the same.
