I bought membership for 10years by paying 1.5Lacs.. They have told us something to convince n buy their package,n i trapped in their fraud package deal.. no proper services , no response for complaints, no refund, no adjustment, always silly excuses to not deliver what we want . I hav used their services in the beginning but with gr8 difficulties n limitations, ultimately i just got pissed off by asking them every time for some bookings, always say not available on desired or silly excuses all the time.. Mail response is so slow, u start correspondence atleast a month ago wen u plan ur accomodation, but u have to shift ur plan according to their conditions..because of certain problems they create.. Ridiculous. My vacations becomes a stress for me to book with them.. I m still go on vacations and pay myself their, no use of their memberships anyhow.. Mr Rahul Arora head in noida head office sector 63, i met him, he said deal with it. Every they ask for AMC` s after paying them in advance, again a scam.. M befooled by them, told me on the day of deal that they provide luxury 4-5 star properties, but most of the times they don`t hav availabilities.. I m really offended n stressed.. Hard earned money getting wasted .. I request to help us in such scenario n guide others to not get into such trap with them. They cheat people, doing frauds, work employees told me that they teach employees to fool people like this and then they don`t deliver services in such way it should b.. 9811065304 Arjun bedi
