Country Holidays Inn & Suites - not getting what was promised

At the time of purchasing membership they promised that we will provide luxurious hotels within the range of 6-10k and showed luxious hotels as well, but now when I started using their services I found they looted me. I purchased membership of 1.5 lakh for 10 year and I have to submit 8000 rs. every year before using their service. I am using their service I booked hotels about 5 to 6 times and when I check hotel rates online it cost only 1500 - 2500 and these or normal hotels not so luxurious. There is no use of purchasing there services else book yourself. You can book hotels on your own with the interest of 1.5 lakh and 8k(for every year)
