Country Holidays Inn & Suites - Providing poor service

They lie at the time when they are selling their membership , they promised us to provide 5 star hotel but now they provide us poor 4 stars , their customer care cut my call after ask me to hold .they provide so far hotels from the main areas .they said that I can take as many as number of rooms at one time I believed them and didn`t read terms and conditions as their term condition list was so long but now they said they can provide only 2 rooms at a time ( means all is lie) .They took 4.5 lakh and do false promises . Please I want my money back and want that company shut down.
