Sir i purchase a 1.5 ton ac but there was water dripping issue after installation. I complained hitachi lot of time but they are not responding properly and misguiding me. I complained about this issue same day on when hitachi service center person were installing ac. But hitachi service center persons not responding me properly they were not replying against my mail. My complaint no is 19062304466. They said to me they will resolve my problem within 15 days still they are not taking action i am again and again calling them but they are not calling and not arranging my call with seniors. They are also providing me wrong no of service persons. Please sir resolve my problem. Thanks with regards Suresh kumar
