I have purchased a hitachi 1.5 ton ac a few days(approx 2 weeks) from Reliance digital at Barasat west bengal . But 3 days ago I have a problem with ac. I requested for servicing over phone at service centre. Today a technician came and said it is a fault of pcb board. Hitachi customer care informed me that company will replace only pcb board. Then I said why not full replacement of ac. Care said it is not possible of full replacement. What can I do now? During a few days a fault is found in ac then what would be in future.
