I had bought a Hp Notebook 15bs80tx in August 2017 from the hp world outlet at srm university. Within 3 days it stopped working. When I took the laptop back to the shop they fixed it saying software problem. Within a year my hard disk crashed and I had to get that repaired as well. Thank god it was within my warranty period. Now, since may 2019 I have been suffering with a broken hinge I took it back to the shop twice and I was assured both times that they were fixed but still I have a broken hinge again! I`m really annoyed and frustrated with my laptop now. Please tell me a solution because this can`t go on. I`m a 3rd year btech student and I need my laptop all the time! I have been suffering with this one laptop for years now whereas there are several people around me who are quite satisfied with lower model ones.
