Hello Sir/Madam, I am an average earner who waited for months to save money to buy a laptop. I visited multiple outlets to inquiry price so I can save a few hundred and get the right product for my need. Finally, I bought an HP laptop in the first week of Nov-18. I felt it is a great achievement. After 10 days I realized that I made a grave mistake by choosing HP over other brands and by neglecting advises from friends and family that don`t go for HP products. Licensed software has disappeared; I could not reinstall. The application does not respond Slow performance Longer boot time Speaker makes buzzing noise..and I have more issues. I dialed the toll-free customer service number given on the laptop which found to be incorrect. I found the correct HP customer contact from the search engine, IVR did not accept the valid input. I wrote to customer service more than 20 emails. After repeat follow-up seldom I got a reply. I thought no other go I need to visit HP customer care branch. A fine day I got the call from customer service who had time to listen to me and did a certain investigation. Customer service representative closed the call saying that I will receive a call from her during the weekend. 15 days have passed neither information nor a call. I tried connecting to customer service but it was unsuccessful. I have been sending emails to customer service but no reply. Is the assurance of excellent post-sale service including three onsite visit is HPs gimmick? Do not you think it is Harassment by HP Customer Service. Please advise me should I bow before arrogance of HP India or I should take a stand for myself for the refund of money. please help me for the refund it is my heard earned money. Thanks, Luwies Nayak
