ICICI Bank - Wrong charges on credit card

Hi team, I`m Anulika Mishra user of ICICI credit card. I had made two transactions from my card in the year 2019. One transaction was for 20000 made in june and another was made in August for the amount of 13000. After both the transactions I have called ICICI to convert the amount into emi. After my both request I got calls from ICICI for my consent for emi and I was informed that emi has been converted. In August I was out of delhi and the place I was in icici bank was not there not only this they were not accepting payments from any other cards. I was not able to make payments online I told them when called on agust to request that to not charge late fee on me even in that call too I have confirmed whether my second amount of 13000 got converted into emi or not. I got confirmation yes it`s. I called them in December and again in Feb-March month this year. Everytime I was informed that my total amount is converted into emi. Even last time I have checked with icici agent for the additional amount and he said your amount is converted into emi. For this one I m not able to see anything my system as system is down. So I will arrange a call back he said as two emi has been converted so two statment you should receive but I have received one statement only for the amount 2700. He said may be my email id was wrongly updated on other emi hence, I`m not getting statment. He arranged a call back from his team who updates customers details. But I never received any statement for emi of 13000 rs. Then I was not able to call icici and then lockdown started. I`m shocked they have charged 750 late fee on me when I`m left with last two EMIs only for my payments. I called them that I was informed from their team members that there will be no late fee applicable for April month and I don`t know that I had to opt some services as never received any call or email regarding same. Then I got to know from customer care executive Rahul that my emi has never been converted for 13000 not only this his sr Rajiv saha said its not their issue. If 8 months before emi was not converted why don`t you call us at that time. Though you can check their data base wherein I have called them to know the amount status and left emis an all. But Rajiv has declined and said that he cannot do anything if emi was not converted and he can`t remove the interest charged on me. This what I found is open fraud by ICICI. They have charged 6750 extra for 13000. Within 8 months only for the amount requested to convert into EMIs. I was advised by Rajiv Saha that if I`m not willing to pay this than I can go for the settlement.. I have never seen such a useless staff. A bank who is charging late fee during Covid19, a bank who did mistake and has not converted my amount into EMIs, after calling them multiple time to know the extra amount status why ivr is saying you have 16000 due, their agents were not able to clarify that. Gave reason system down. Even if they would have told me this that my 13000 hasn`t converted into EMIs in August- December 19 or in Feb-March 2020 when I had a word with them. I would have asked them to either for the emi conversation or would have started making payments normally so they could not charge interest on me. It`s not my responsibility only it was a miss by bank after my consent over the calls three time they did not convert the amount in EMIs Do we have any law for these fraudulent banks and their activities? I need quick response as I got to know from other for they will charge fee on me to fight with them but was not ready to give this in return that it will not impact on my cbil and will resolve too
