I booked a place for 8-9 persons and i asked to reconfirm that the pool is available or not for 24*7 and they agreed and said the pool is available. After 1 hour of travelling we reached and the receptionist said that the pool is not available and no one from the oyo room mentioned that the guest who are coming required a pool. I called several times on Oyo and guess what they kept me on hold for 30 minutes. Who will bear my travelling expenses and they also agreed that they will find a new place similar to that and they kept me on hold again. This is really very unlawful and unethical. Worst experience with OYO. Poor services
