I booked two rooms today at asansol west bengal for my guests in hotel meera international, booking id no htzf4391 and online paid the amount of rs2492/as full payment of the booking.when my guests went there for check in thet said that extra amount of rs.600/will be charged. ,i called several times at oyo assistance but they did not resolved my problem and always put my call on hold saying that they will talk to the hotel and tell me what has happened. and they shifted my booking to some other cheap hotel without my permission. meanwhile my guests checked in meera international by paying extra amount. oyo changed the booking ans said that i have permitted them to change the hotel. but i did not do this. i called them for three hours continuously and did not get any solution. thet are now saying that i have permitted them to change the hotel. kindly look into the matter. i and my guests are too much harasses by oyo and they have embarressed me a lot infront of my guest.
