I bought blackberry q10 mobile from quikr but it is totaly device network locked Sim card not detecting. I informed quikr they say that you have to contact the seller. why I have to contact the seller I buy the phone from quikr so quikr is responsible for all. I called them many time but they are not contacting us. this is totally fraud.
