Dear All Concerns, I am Vishal Gupta, getting unwanted recovery and harassment calls from RBL’s collection & recovery branch despite I haven’t ever used any of your services. They are calling at my OFFICE and talking all non-sense and abuse to every person in the office. They are bluntly taking the name of RBL bank and giving an address of 1st Floor, Building no.2 Phase 3 Okhla industrial area. My Brother Pankaj Gupta, had used the credit card of RBL and did not make the payment timely however, the consent of this case is going on in the court and 30th May is the court date has been assigned too. In this aforesaid transection, I haven’t signed or given any guarantee or concern ever. Ideally they should have to call to him and ask for the payment or whatever but they are calling me and my office and harassing every one over there whosoever is picking up the call. They are talking very abusive language and at a very inhuman level. Please find attached the call recordings as well. My umble request and a question to you all that how come they are allowed to make these kind of calls to any random person by saying that you are a blood relation to the defaulter and you will have to bear the consequences. Despite giving all the support how come they can harass a person who is not involve in their any of the transaction. How can they call at my office and talk all wrong and irrelevant things as if I am the culprit and I have taken any of the services from you guys. I would like to register an official complaint on it as no one can do this inhuman behavior and that too without any fault.
